Mix 1/8 tsp of Ultimate Biotic in non-acidic juice (such as apple or grape) and let sit for 10 minutes. The pectins in these types of juices allows the bacteria to metabolise and provides an additional protective barrier for them to pass through the stomach. Consume 10 minutes before food, twice daily for best results. It is not necessary to mix with non-acidic juice and let sit, it simply provides an added benefit.
Alternatively, mix in water, smoothie or breakfast/food. Ultimate Biotic does not have flavour so it can be easily added to food without changing the flavour of your food/smoothie.

Jeff R, NSWI get diverticulitis and I have generally had episodes more frequently each year as it has progressed after approximately 2012. I had 4 episodes in 2016, 2 of which required hospitalisation. I was expecting 2017 and 2018 to be progressively worse. I started taking Ultimate Biotic in early 2017, and have continued taking it ever since. I haven’t had an episode of diverticulitis since commencing Ultimate Biotic. This is quite remarkable. I have not made any other changes to my diet or lifestyle.
I have no idea whether Ultimate Biotic helps other sufferers of diverticulitis. I’m generally a complementary medicine sceptic and usually avoid taking them. I am however convinced that Ultimate Biotic is responsible for my improvement. I understand that diverticulitis is a progressive disease and don’t expect to be free of diverticulitis in the future, but have been delighted with my outcome.
