    How long will it take for my order to arrive?

     


    Eden Healthfoods     shipping service with Australia usually takes between 3-10 business days to most areas. This is a 'no signature required service' (    unless otherwise requested by the customer) which means that the courier will generally leave your order at the front door or letterbox.

     

    Parcels travelling outside Australia usually take between 4-15 business days depending on destination. 

    Once the parcel has been delivered to your shipping address, Eden Healthfoods takes no responsibility for any damage or theft that may occur. If you will not be present to accept your delivery or you feel that your address is unsafe to have a parcel left unattended, we recommend you choose to have the carrier leave a card in your mailbox by stating this in the comments field at checkout.

    If you have selected the Priority Shipping option, please note that Australia Post does not guarantee next day delivery for our shipments leaving Eden Healthfoods warehouse. Australia Post will give priority to these Express shipments but does not guarantee next day delivery.

    What happens if I order during a closing period?

     

    Your order will be successfully recorded and received. A confirmation email will be sent stating this. Your order will be packed and shipped as soon as Eden Healthfoods reopens. 

    How do I know my order is shipped?


    Once your order is confirmed by email it is processed by our warehouse and despatch department. The items are personally enclosed safely in a satchel/box. 

    Your address is displayed onto the packaging and collected from us personally by the carriers. We will email you a confirmation containing what you ordered and that your order has been received, completed and to be dispatched. All orders are usually shipped out within 24 hours of your order being placed, outside weekends and public holidays. A tracking number will be provided for orders made via our website. We do use several different courier companies as well as Australia Post. If you require your order to be sent with a specific carrier, please request this in the comments field.

    How will my order be shipped?

    We understand the need to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. With our network of couriers and postal services, we can offer the best option for you dependent on size, weight and speed of delivery.

    In Australia our main carriers are Australia Post and Australia Post eParcel, together accessing every corner of the country. For large and bulky items we mainly entrust Startrack Express and Fastway Couriers, ensuring a safe door to door service for you.

    Do you ship internationally?

    Yes we do.

    Will my order incur customs charges?

    Some overseas orders may incur a customs or import duty charge. Eden Healthfoods do not have any control over these charges or are unable to advise what they will be, as it is based on your own countries regulations and compliances. The receiver is responsible to pay any potential duties or charges due

    What happens if my items get lost in the mail?

    The first thing to do is contact Eden Healthfoods and either we or you will contact the carrier depending on the location, your order and situation.

    What happens if an item is missing from my order?

    Sometimes, orders can be sent in multiple satchels/boxes as they may have not fit in just one. Please contact our Customer Service Department to check if this is the case. If in the rare chance we have missed an item off your order we will arrange to have a replacement sent straight away.

    What happens if I receive an incorrect item?

    If you receive an incorrect item on your order, please contact our Customer Service Department straight away and we will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you. We will also arrange or reimburse for return postage of the incorrect item.

    Do you deliver to PO Box Address?

    We can deliver to any PO Box Address in Australia and Internationally.

    Can you deliver to my work address?

    Yes, we can deliver to your place of work. Please ensure to include the Business Name in the shipping of your order so the delivery driver can find you easily.

    DTox Tea has numerous health benefits and is an all-purpose herbal tonic. People have traditionally used these powerful digestive herbs like ginger and cardamom seed to help the entire digestive process, especially the stomach, liver and digestive side of the pancreas. When combined with our 5 day liver detox program and liver flush drink, it may stimulate your liver to produce more bile and help flush the congestion from your liver and gallbladder. It is an immune system tonic and may be a mild diuretic and disinfectant to the kidney bladder system.

    Parasites can also be an issue, so bitter herbs like Wormwood and Black Walnut Hulls have also been added.

    Using only DTox Tea on its own, for cleansing and detoxification, drink 2 cups of tea 3 times a day. You may halve this serving size if you find the tea too bitter or strong.

    As part of our Liver Detox Program, drink 2 cups 3 times a day. Follow the instructions for our Liver Detox Program.

    For a coffee replacement or as a tonic, put 1 tablespoon with 1 and a half cups of water. Bring to a boil, simmer for 15 minutes and then strain and drink tea hot.

    Ingredients

    Red Clover, Milk Thistle, Dandelion Root, Burdock Root, Cardamom Seed, Ginger Root, Pau D'Arco, Clove Bud, Fennel Seed, Licorice Root, Juniper Berries, Black Peppercorns, Uva Ursi, Horsetail, Parsley Leaf and Root, Orange Peel, Cinnamon Bark, Chaparral, Poke Root, Yellow Dock, Wormwood, Black Walnut Hulls.

    • Step 1. Upon waking, drink 1 glass of pure water.
    • Step 2. Prepare and drink liver gallbladder flush.
    • Step 3. Drink 2 cups of DTox Tea.
    • Step 4. 1 hour later, drink 1 serve of Eden Healthfoods Wild C.
    • Step 5. 1 hour later, drink 1 serve of Eden Healthfoods Ultimate Protein (optional, with water, coconut milk and apple juice.)
    • Step 6. Have 1 cup of bone broth soup or vegetable broth soup.
    • Step 7. Repeat steps 3-6 two more times during the day.

    Tip: If you are feeling queasy or have a headache at any time, take half the serving size of DTox Tea and also include charcoal, clay or IDF#2 in between steps.
    Follow this program for 3-5 days with fresh organic juices for meals in between or raw food meals preferably.

    How To Make Liver Gallbladder Flush
    Mix 1 glass of water with 1 clove of garlic, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 piece of ginger in the blender with fresh citrus juice like orange and lemon or apple and grape juice depending on the season. Blend and drink.

    How to Make DTox Tea
    Place 6 tablespoons of DTox Tea into 1.5 litres of pure water. Use only steel or natural cookware - no aluminium. Let the tea sit overnight in water. In the morning heat to a rolling boil. Reduce heat and let simmer for 15 minutes. Strain the herbs but do not discard them. You may add lemon and honey to taste as you pour your first cup of tea. If you plan to drink the tea for more than 1 day, put the strained herbs back into the pot adding 3 tablespoons of fresh DTox Tea herbs and another 1.5 litres of pure water. Let this sit overnight and repeat the process. Keep adding herbs to the old herbs for 3 days, then discard all herbs and start over.

    How to Make Broth
    Fill a large pot with potato peelings, carrot, celery and whole onions and garlic. Add celtic salt and pepper to taste. Add chicken frame or other bones. Cover with enough water, simmer on low heat for upto 4 hours. Strain and drink the broth.
