Eden Healthfoods offers free express shipping (no signature required) for orders $100 or over. For orders under $100, and standard shipping fee of $13.50 (plus GST) applies. 

International

Shipping costs are calculated upon checkout and depend on weight and destination. 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?


Eden Healthfoods
shipping service with Australia usually takes between 3-10 business days to most areas. This is a 'no signature required service' (
unless otherwise requested by the customer) which means that the courier will generally leave your order at the front door or letterbox.

Parcels travelling outside Australia usually take between 4-15 business days depending on destination. 

Once the parcel has been delivered to your shipping address, Eden Healthfoods takes no responsibility for any damage or theft that may occur. If you will not be present to accept your delivery or you feel that your address is unsafe to have a parcel left unattended, we recommend you choose to have the carrier leave a card in your mailbox by stating this in the comments field at checkout.

If you have selected the Priority Shipping option, please note that Australia Post does not guarantee next day delivery for our shipments leaving Eden Healthfoods warehouse. Australia Post will give priority to these Express shipments but does not guarantee next day delivery.

What happens if I order during a closing period?

Your order will be successfully recorded and received. A confirmation email will be sent stating this. Your order will be packed and shipped as soon as Eden Healthfoods reopens. 

How do I know my order is shipped?


Once your order is confirmed by email it is processed by our warehouse and despatch department. The items are personally enclosed safely in a satchel/box. 

Your address is displayed onto the packaging and collected from us personally by the carriers. We will email you a confirmation containing what you ordered and that your order has been received, completed and to be dispatched. All orders are usually shipped out within 24 hours of your order being placed, outside weekends and public holidays. A tracking number will be provided for orders made via our website. We do use several different courier companies as well as Australia Post. If you require your order to be sent with a specific carrier, please request this in the comments field.

How will my order be shipped?

We understand the need to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. With our network of couriers and postal services, we can offer the best option for you dependant on size, weight and speed of delivery.

In Australia our main carriers are Australia Post Express Post and Australia Post eParcel, together accessing every corner of the country. For large and bulky items we mainly entrust Startrack Express and Fastway Couriers, ensuring a safe door to door service for you.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do.

Will my order incur customs charges?

Some overseas orders may incur a customs or import duty charge. Eden Healthfoods do not have any control over these charges or are unable to advise what they will be, as it is based on your own countries regulations and compliances. The receiver is responsible to pay any potential duties or charges due

What happens if my items get lost in the mail?

The first thing to do is contact Eden Healthfoods and either we or you will contact the carrier depending on the location, your order and situation.

What happens if an item is missing from my order?

Sometimes, orders can be sent in multiple satchels/boxes as they may have not fit in just one. Please contact our Customer Service Department to check if this is the case. If in the rare chance we have missed an item off your order we will arrange to have a replacement sent straight away.

What happens if I receive an incorrect item?

If you receive an incorrect item on your order, please contact our Customer Service Department straight away and we will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you. We will also arrange or reimburse for return postage of the incorrect item.

Do you deliver to PO Box Address?

We can deliver to any PO Box Address in Australia and Internationally.

Can you deliver to my work address?

Yes, we can deliver to your place of work. Please ensure to include the Business Name in the shipping of your order so the delivery driver can find you easily.
