Eden Healthfoods offers free express shipping (no signature required) for orders $100 or over. For orders under $100, and standard shipping fee of $13.50 (plus GST) applies.

Shipping costs are calculated upon checkout and depend on weight and destination. 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?


Eden Healthfoods shipping service with Australia usually takes between 3-10 business days to most areas. This is a 'no signature required service' (unless otherwise requested by the customer) which means that the courier will generally leave your order at the front door or letterbox.

Parcels travelling outside Australia usually take between 4-15 business days depending on destination. 

Once the parcel has been delivered to your shipping address, Eden Healthfoods takes no responsibility for any damage or theft that may occur. If you will not be present to accept your delivery or you feel that your address is unsafe to have a parcel left unattended, we recommend you choose to have the carrier leave a card in your mailbox by stating this in the comments field at checkout.

If you have selected the Priority Shipping option, please note that Australia Post does not guarantee next day delivery for our shipments leaving Eden Healthfoods warehouse. Australia Post will give priority to these Express shipments but does not guarantee next day delivery.

What happens if I order during a closing period?

Your order will be successfully recorded and received. A confirmation email will be sent stating this. Your order will be packed and shipped as soon as Eden Healthfoods reopens. 

How do I know my order is shipped?


Once your order is confirmed by email it is processed by our warehouse and despatch department. The items are personally enclosed safely in a satchel/box. 

Your address is displayed onto the packaging and collected from us personally by the carriers. We will email you a confirmation containing what you ordered and that your order has been received, completed and to be dispatched. All orders are usually shipped out within 24 hours of your order being placed, outside weekends and public holidays. A tracking number will be provided for orders made via our website. We do use several different courier companies as well as Australia Post. If you require your order to be sent with a specific carrier, please request this in the comments field.

How will my order be shipped?

We understand the need to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. With our network of couriers and postal services, we can offer the best option for you dependant on size, weight and speed of delivery.

In Australia our main carriers are Australia Post Express Post and Australia Post eParcel, together accessing every corner of the country. For large and bulky items we mainly entrust Startrack Express and Fastway Couriers, ensuring a safe door to door service for you.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do.

Will my order incur customs charges?

Some overseas orders may incur a customs or import duty charge. Eden Healthfoods do not have any control over these charges or are unable to advise what they will be, as it is based on your own countries regulations and compliances. The receiver is responsible to pay any potential duties or charges due

What happens if my items get lost in the mail?

The first thing to do is contact Eden Healthfoods and either we or you will contact the carrier depending on the location, your order and situation.

What happens if an item is missing from my order?

Sometimes, orders can be sent in multiple satchels/boxes as they may have not fit in just one. Please contact our Customer Service Department to check if this is the case. If in the rare chance we have missed an item off your order we will arrange to have a replacement sent straight away.

What happens if I receive an incorrect item?

If you receive an incorrect item on your order, please contact our Customer Service Department straight away and we will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you. We will also arrange or reimburse for return postage of the incorrect item.

Do you deliver to PO Box Address?

We can deliver to any PO Box Address in Australia and Internationally.

Can you deliver to my work address?

Yes, we can deliver to your place of work. Please ensure to include the Business Name in the shipping of your order so the delivery driver can find you easily.

Servings Suggestion

Add 1 heaped teaspoon (3g) of Wild C mixed into fresh juice or smoothie, breakfast or pure glass of water 1-3 times a day. The body can only absorb between 200-500g of vitamin C per serve, so it’s best to have a serve at different times throughout the day.

Wild foods are naturally higher in nutrient content than farmed hybrids due to the conditions in which they grow. Eden Healthfoods Wild C is a truly natural and bioavailable, non-toxic vitamin C complex derived from a combination of certified organic wild berries and greens with naturally occurring high vitamin C content. It does NOT contain isolated vitamin C as this has shown not to be the most effect way to utilise vitamin C. Wild C contains vitamin C naturally occurring in it's WHOLE state, with its necessary co-factors like bioflavonoids, and other vitamins, minerals and phytonutrients. It's non-toxic, even in large doses and does not cause nutrient imbalances.

All the ingredients in Wild C are high in natural vitamin C content. Each serving size of 1 teaspoon or 3g contains 312mg of totally natural vitamin C which is approximately 5 times the recommended daily intake (RDI).

WHY CHOOSE WILD C?

Many of the nutrients and vitamins are released within seconds under your tongue and they enter the bloodstream from there. Here is a breakdown of every ingredient and why we use it.

Our acerola concentrate is unlike anything Australia has seen. A rich, deep orange colour and silky smooth, not gritty or grainy. Fresh raw certified organic acerola berries are soaked in water, then the remaining water is simmered down to a syrup. That syrup is then dehydrated at low temperature and powdered. This process maximises the vitamin C content and Brix degree while preserving the full spectrum of vitamins and minerals of the fruit.

There are a lot of cheap, poor quality acai and maqui berry powders on the market today that don’t mix well or don’t taste good. Even some of the most recognised and reputable companies are going for the “cheaper options” such as spray dried, which is disappointing. When we bring out a product, we always try to find the best, but using the best usually means the most expensive. Our certified organic, raw acai and maqui were the best we could find.

Camu camu and Gubinge are high quality as well. Some Camu Camu can taste bitter and be very light in colour. Even maltodextrin as a filler can be used so be careful buying cheaper variants. Our Camu Camu and Gubinge taste super sweet on their own. Delicious.

Goji berry powder is made from fresh goji berries, dried at low temperature and powdered. Certified organic as always and really sweet.

Parsley and coriander are added to alkalise this vitamin C superfood formula. A lot of people use vitamin C during detoxification, especially heavy metals. Coriander is known to draw heavy metals out of the blood stream. Both parsley and coriander give this formula a grounding feel and taste. They are both also naturally high in vitamin C but also help to buffer the product.
